1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to any of Bizy Site's web design plans (Starter, Business, Growth) or engaging our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description and Delivery
Bizy Site provides subscription-based website design, hosting, security, and monthly maintenance updates.
- Delivery Window: We strive to deliver the first full draft of your website within 4 business days, and go live on Day 5, pending timely feedback and submission of business briefs.
- Update Capacity: Monthly updates are capped at 1 hour (Starter), 2 hours (Business), or 4 hours (Growth) per billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over.
3. Client Ownership
You own your website from day one. Unlike competitors that lock you into proprietary hosting engines, you own the design layout, custom coding layers, images, copy, and configurations from the moment we launch. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may request your portable files and migrate hosting elsewhere.
4. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis starting on your onboarding date.
- Cancel Any Time: There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or exit fees.
- Guarantee Refund: If you are unsatisfied during the initial onboarding phase and request cancellation before Day 4 (prior to the draft review), we will provide a full refund of your first month's payment.
5. Hosting and Maintenance
Bizy Site subscriptions include fully managed hosting, domain connectivity, and SSL security. We guarantee a 99.9% hosting uptime. If you choose to migrate your site to external hosting, our hosting, updates, and maintenance support under the subscription will cease immediately.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
